A note from the organizers of this gathering: We've received quite a lot of inquiries asking, 'Is this gathering for me?' To clarify: This gathering is opened to EVERY BODY who feels called by feminine energy regardless of gender identity.
We are calling ALL trans-amazing humans, radically queer womxn and uniquely queer creatures! This is an opportunity for us to be in community and honor our collective feminine. We're here to to explore and engage with the feminine however that shows up in our lives.
The land is calling to you to gather together in harmony and newness and to create a unique container for connection, healing, exploration, and revelry.
This is a space for femme voices to take center stage. Bring your goddess. Bring your feminine--in whatever form that may take. You are invited to explore your authentic self, offer what you wish to share, and to be received. Bring your artistry, your witchery, your ritual, your dance, your healing. Bring yourself, no matter where you are on your journey. If this call speaks to you, this gathering is for YOU.
Programming includes morning yoga, workshops (Plant Medicine, Trauma Healing + Movement, BDSM + Kink, and more), a creekside tea party, fireside performance/Drag show, an afternoon at the spa, ecstatic dance, hikes and heart space, along with plenty of opportunity to connect and share. If you are interested in adding your magic to the mix, tell us more here! We're looking for anything from workshop presenters to plant medicine mamas. Additionally, we are looking for kitchen witches to work some magic leading meals. If that’s you, send us an email. Drag and dress up is HIGHLY encouraged. Don't know what to bring? We have a Drag Lab on the land!
This gathering runs Friday Oct 4th through Monday Oct 7th. The air will be sweet with the end of summer, our pond and creek will still be warm, and we’ll keep the evening chill at bay with the heat of our community fire.
Registration includes all festivities, workshops and frivolities, as well as lodging, all meals, and access to the full retreat center and spa. There are bunk beds (single and double bunks) in our cozy cabins available to the first 40 who request them, and ample camping spots for those who prefer sleeping outdoors.
Groundswell is a queer, trans, poc, body and sex positive space. ALL are welcome.
Consent is not only sexy, but essential.
