Calling queer families and families of queer kids!
Groundswell is excited to bring you our second annual Queer Family Campout! Come explore the awe-inspiring Redwoods and gorgeous waterways of our land.
Our Queer Family Campout is a weekend in nature for queer families! It is our only gathering that brings children to the land and we are so excited to create a container where queer children can explore nature, themselves, and meet other families like theirs.
Our programming is collaborative! We will offer activities like nature walks, visits with farm animals, some games, and space for arts and crafts. Please bring any group games/activities you would like to share! The land is rich with opportunities for outdoor play for kids and adults alike!
Note: Groundswell does not provide childcare. Adults are required to be present and responsible for their kids at all times. Kids may not roam the land unsupervised. This event is is a kid friendly, clothing mandatory, and a drug & alcohol free space.
